SKapi.pro is an automation platform designed to work with Skool communities. Our services include:

• Workflow automation through integrations with platforms like Make.com and n8n
• AI-powered comment generation and messaging
• Member management and automation tools
• Analytics and reporting features

SKapi is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Skool.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or unwanted communications
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

The Platform integrates with Skool through custom API integration. You acknowledge that:

• SKapi is not affiliated with or endorsed by Skool
• Your use of Skool is subject to Skool's own terms of service
• We are not responsible for Skool's policies, practices, or service availability

5.2 Third-Party Integrations

The Platform integrates with third-party services such as Make.com, n8n, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the third parties' terms of service and privacy policies. We make no warranties about these services.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Rights

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SKapi.pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Rights

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display it solely for the purpose of providing our services.

6.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Platform, we may use that feedback without obligation to compensate you.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices.

8. Paid Services and Billing

10. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKAPI.PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SKapi.pro from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

13. Dispute Resolution

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
